Of His Majesty's Ships in harbour the sloop "Phoenix" of 1,050 tons was driven, after collision with the "Monteagle", on to and now lies on the rubble slope of the sea wall of the coaling depot at Kowloon; she is reported to be much damaged and strained and not repairable except at great expense. The sloop "Rosario" had bow and stern damaged by collision. The River Steamer "Moorhen" which was alongside and the River Steamer "Robin" and Torpedo Boat *36* which were inside the camber on the Hongkong side received damages to plates and fittings requiring repairs on the slips. The Torpedo Boat Destroyer "Taku" in the Kowloon camber suffered injuries to her stem-piece and plates which will necessitate her being docked for repairs.
